About VOLHR Corporation

Volhr Corporation offers a higher level of property management. We believe the key to property management is the daily involvement on site by the manager. Ongoing inspections in addition to a comprehensive preventative maintenance program insures that the property is in excellent shape throughout the year, not just during the season. On the financial side, monthly financial statements are delivered by the fifteenth of the month. Extensive analysis of the insurance market has saved our clients thousands of dollars. Ongoing review of interest rates throughout the country have allowed us to secure rates for reserve accounts greater than twice the local rates. Finally, we have drafted a team of people who are intent on providing a property all the residents can be proud of. We are currently managing The Apollo Condominium, Aquarius, Bayfront Place, Borghese at Hammock Bay, Commodore Club, Emerald Beach, Esplanade 1, Esplanade Marina, Mirage on the Gulf, Pier 81, Roman Plaza, Royal Palm Mall, San Marco Square, San Marco Villas, Stevens Landing, Sunset House, and Ville De Marco.

Volhr Corporation was created in March 1983 as an international management consulting practice working with a wide range of industries. Teaching management teams to better utilize their resource dollars (Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Systems), they improved quality, service levels, performance, productivity, profitability and significantly reduced operating costs. We have brought these concepts along with a strong financial background to managing the above listed properties. Today, our entire focus is on property management. Both Barbara Nolan and I are Florida licensed Community Association Managers. A list of local board member references plus bios introducing Barbara Nolan and myself are included.

Hopefully you will be encouraged by conversations with our references. We would appreciate the opportunity to meet you to present our company.

Financial Reports

Monthly financial reports are sent to the Board Of Directors no later than the 15th of the month. All invoices are challenged for accuracy, not just paid.

Insurance Opportunities

Insurance opportunities are continually researched to insure the cheapest rates. Associations are analyzed to insure they are documented in the correct insurance zone. Remediation studies are conducted to realize insurance savings based on superior construction.

Management Follow-up

Work schedules based on a computerized preventative maintenance program and issues found during daily management inspections are issued to maintenance personnel daily. Management follow-up insures the quality of the work.

Day-to-Day Operations

Board Members should not have to be involved in the day to day operation as this is management’s responsibility. Properties are maintained in optimal shape all year, not just during "the season".
